Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure parts are manufactured to stated requirements, including necessary quality inspection
• Minimize machine downtime
• Cross train on several machine types as required
• Ensure proper setup of machine to minimize discrepant parts
• Follow Drawings / Work Instructions.
• Responsible for the Quality of product being manufactured against drawing.
• Completion of records / quality documentation and sign off.
• Skill development of self and fellow team members.
• Support Lean Manufacturing Initiatives to enhance Continuous Improvement.
• Perform other tasks and duties as required by management

Job Specifications (education and experience)

• Ability to program CNC equipment preferable
• Minimum 3 years CNC operating experience
• Ability to set up jobs on CNC equipment
• Ability to utilize inspection equipment
